1. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, age, gender, nationality, profession, and profile photos. For talent, we also collect identity documents for verification purposes. For creators, we collect billing information processed by Stripe.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, generate AI avatars, and send transactional emails. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Identity documents
Identity documents uploaded for verification are processed by Veriff and encrypted immediately. We do not store copies of your identity documents on our servers. Veriff's privacy policy applies to the verification process.
4. AI avatar data
Photos you upload for avatar generation are processed by our AI avatar generation provider. Generated avatar assets are stored in our encrypted cloud storage. You may request deletion of your avatar assets at any time by contacting us.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication. We collect basic analytics (profile views, search appearances) to help talent understand their performance. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data sharing
We share data with: Veriff (identity verification), our AI avatar generation provider, Stripe (payments), DocuSign (e-signatures), and SendGrid (email). All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.
7. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. License agreements are retained permanently for legal compliance. You may request account deletion at any time from your settings page.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data or object to certain processing. Contact privacy@castingstudio.ai to exercise these rights.
9. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (256-bit) for all data in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised team members only.
